Our Service Desk Analysts take ownership of your call and will own your problem for its full lifecycle. We don’t run an industry standard, tiered service desk. All of our engineers are of 3rd line quality and never use call scripts, so regardless of your IT issue any of our highly motivated engineers can assist you from your very first call.
