Introduction

My day to day role is based around help-desk support. I’m the guy on the other end of the phone who tries his very best to fix your IT problems.

My biggest work achievement to date would have to be at my previous place of work. I managed to upgrade all of the Windows and Mac machines to the latest version of the operating system without any hiccups!

Personal Achievement

Completing the Rutland Half Marathon in 2016.

Hobbies

I’m a keen supporter of football – more specifically I enjoy supporting Liverpool FC (even though this can be a stressful experience at times!)

When my attention is not being consumed by football I enjoy anything and everything ‘car’ related.

Claim to Fame

I once played against the Barcelona academy football team in La Masia Barcelona.
