We are a local Borough Council who actively engage and provide services to our residents and local communities. From an IT perspective, we look after around 500 employees. Our in house IT team have to support a high volume of disparate systems alongside standard IT systems and infrastructure in order to support the wider council goals.
Challenge
One of our main challenges which led us to secure services from PCS was our volume of work and the time frame required to complete some of our key technical aspects. One of the factors in choosing PCS for this work was their base of operations which is local to us.
Solution
PCS completed a smooth and non disruptive implementation of Veeam backup solution, ensuring that we had fit for purpose backups and that Veeam was setup in accordance with best practice to ensure we get the most from the software.
Result
We now operate a much smoother, timely and productive process thanks to PCS and get so much more out of out software. Working with PCS has been a positive experience, from their account management to their technical expertise. They have always set expectations within the statement of works and have always delivered, at times going beyond those expectations and scope of works in order to complete the job. The work has always been to a high standard, with staff showing a good technical knowledge within their field.
