PCS Business Systems was established in 1995 and since then we have grown tremendously across all areas of business; our reputation, employees, our offering, knowledge, certifications and our customer base.

PCS look after over 450 Managed Service customers globally.

This ranges from small businesses with one PC and server right through to large corporate environments with hundreds of servers and thousands of workstations.

All of our Managed Service contracts are completely tailored to your requirements. 

Our support offering ranges from adhoc break fix, holiday cover, telephone and remote support right through to fully outsourced support and everything in between.

We take a unique approach, unlike traditional managed service providers, we offer a third line support desk as a single point of contact. This means you deal with our third line service desk directly, from a bit of fluff in your mouse right through to your exchange cluster being offline.

Our Service desk guys are of a third line quality with the
latest certifications, including HP, VMWare & Microsoft.

Our field engineer’s skills range from day to day break fix on hardware to completing server installations and migrations, right through to our solution consultants that design full infrastructures.

All engineers are highly experienced and knowledgeable. They are friendly and approachable too.
